New charitable gift annuity rates!

The American Council on Gift Annuities (ACGA) Board of Directors approved the current maximum rates on November 17, 2023. The new rates took effect on January 1, 2024. You can see how the current rates could apply to a CGA gift by visiting our Gift Calculator

SECURE ACT 2.0: 2024 updates

A second provision in the SECURE Act 2.0 requires that the annual limit on an IRA owner’s outright QCDs be adjusted annually for inflation beginning in 2024. The act also adjusts annually for inflation the one-time distribution ceiling that applies to QCDs used to fund CRTs and CGAs. Click here to see those updates or contact the Office of Gift Planning to learn more about how you can receive a stream of income for life with a gift from your IRA!

Emerson

“Because of my MIT education, I have never felt that I have been faced with a problem that was insurmountable. I consider it an obligation to make sure the door remains open for others, and a planned gift is one way to do that.”
